How to request bulky garbage collection
Contact the CLEAN CENTER three days before the collection day.
1. By telephone

Tell your address, name, what kind of bulky garbage you will put out,and be sure to reconfirm charge and the date of collection.

2. Get a special ticket for bulky garbage.

It is possible to buy the tickets at distributors in Tome City.

3. Put out the garbage on a designated collection day.

Put a special ticket on top of the garbage and put it out in front of your house before 8:00a.m. on a designated collection day.

If the street in front of your house is too narrow for a 5 ton-truck to get in, bring the garbage to a large street.

* If you have an additional garbage, contact us before a collection day.
   It may not be possible to collect stuff without a reservation.

    * Remember not to dial a wrong number.


  • Time for collection request
    From Monday through Friday (except holidays)
    9:00a.m. to 11:50a.m.
    1:00p.m. to 4:00p.m.


Notice:
  • Industrial bulky garbage will not be acceptable (only the garbage from private houses).

    Industrial bulky garbage should not be brought in to the Center. Ask the nominated dealers in disposing garbage for collection. If it is impossible to do so, bring the garbage to the CENTER on your own responsibility.


  • Bulky garbage without reservation will not be collected even if you put special ticket on top and put it in front of your house.


  • It is also possible to bring private bulky garbage to the CLEAN CENTER on your own responsibility. (charge 50 yen per 10kg)
